Built on the official Amazon SP-API · Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P)
See every rupee
Amazon owes you.
The profit and payment-reconciliation cockpit for Amazon sellers and vendors. Settlements, returns, reimbursements and GST — reconciled from official SP-API data, down to the order line.

The gap other tools miss
Seller (3P) and Vendor (1P). One cockpit.
Most analytics tools stop at Seller Central. If you also supply Amazon directly through Vendor Central, you're left reconciling purchase orders and remittances in spreadsheets. Maya Seller Engine speaks both sides of the official SP-API — so a hybrid business sees its 3P settlements and 1P payments in the same place.
Seller Central
Orders, settlements, refunds, returns and FBA reimbursements — synced and reconciled per order line, with GST split out the way your accountant expects it.
Vendor Central
Direct-fulfilment orders, shipping, inventory and payment endpoints — the vendor-side SP-API surface mapped onto the same tenant model, so 1P doesn't live in a separate silo.
What's inside
Built around the money, not the vanity metrics
Every module answers one question: where did the rupee go — and can you get it back. Features marked “rolling out” are on our build roadmap, not live yet. We don't claim otherwise.
Settlement reconciliation
Know your exact settlement value instantly. Every financial event is matched to its order line, so the bank credit is explained before it lands.
Return & courier loss
Returns split Sellable vs Defective, so you know what's back on the shelf and what's a write-off — and courier losses stop hiding inside “returns”.
Reimbursement tracking
Every FBA reimbursement Amazon owes you, in one view. Lost and damaged inventory adjustments are tracked so they don't quietly disappear.
GST & tax view
IGST vs SGST+CGST computed per order line from ship-from and ship-to state, plus GST on Amazon's own fees — export-ready for your filings.
FC-wise inventory
Rolling outStock per fulfilment centre — reserved, sellable and defective units by FC, so you place inventory where it actually sells.
FBA report library
Rolling outA deep library of seller reports — requested, polled and archived through SP-API, without living inside Seller Central's report queue.
Tally integration
Rolling outSale Invoices and Credit Notes exported for direct import into Tally, so reconciled Amazon sales land in your books without re-keying.
Negative-profit alerts
Rolling outSet a profit floor per product. The moment a sale closes below it, you get an email — on the sale, not at month end.
How it works
Connected to reconciled in three steps
Connect your Amazon account
A standard OAuth consent from Seller Central or Vendor Central — the official SP-API authorisation flow. We never see your Amazon password, and you can revoke access from Amazon at any time.
We reconcile your data
Orders, settlement reports, refunds, returns and reimbursement events are synced and matched per order line, then sorted into honest rupee buckets — income, expenses, tax, and an unmapped bucket we never force-fit.
See profit and what Amazon owes
Settlement value, return loss, receivables and GST in one cockpit — with CSV exports when your accountant asks for the working.

Payment reconciliation is the product, not a feature
Amazon pays you in settlements — a lump sum that bundles sales, fees, refunds, courier losses and reimbursements. Most sellers accept the number. Operators reconcile it.
-
Settlement, explained line by line. Total income, total expenses, profit/loss and receivables computed from finance events and settlement reports — not estimated.
-
Return loss made visible. Sellable vs Defective on every return, with courier losses surfaced instead of buried in the netting.
-
Reimbursements tracked to recovery. FBA inventory adjustments Amazon owes you, pulled from finance events and held in view until they're paid.
-
GST, the Indian way. Intra-state vs inter-state split per order line, GST on marketplace fees computed at the current rate, and tax exports ready for filing.

FAQ
Straight answers
Which Amazon accounts can I connect?
Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Amazon Vendor Central (1P) accounts, starting with the India marketplace. Both connect through the same official SP-API authorisation flow, and a single workspace can hold both.
Do you need my Amazon password?
No. You authorise access from inside your own Amazon account via the official SP-API OAuth consent screen — the same mechanism Amazon provides to every approved developer. We never see your password, the resulting credentials are stored encrypted, and you can revoke access from Amazon at any time.
What about Vendor Central?
Vendor (1P) is a first-class citizen, not an afterthought. The vendor side of SP-API — direct-fulfilment orders, shipping, inventory and payment endpoints — is mapped onto the same account model as Seller, so hybrid 3P + 1P businesses work from one cockpit.
How is GST handled?
Per order line, we compare ship-from state with ship-to state to split intra-state (SGST + CGST) from inter-state (IGST). GST on Amazon's marketplace fees is computed at the current 18% rate — Amazon doesn't itemise it per fee line over the API, so we say clearly that it's a computed figure you should verify against Amazon's GST invoice. Tax views and CSV exports are ready for your filings.
Is everything on this page live today?
No, and we'd rather tell you than let you find out. Orders sync and the payment-reconciliation cockpit — settlements, returns, refunds, reimbursements, GST views — are live. FC-wise inventory, the full report library, Tally export and negative-profit alerts are marked “rolling out” and are on the build roadmap, not shipped yet.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. Pricing isn't finalised, and we won't publish a table of made-up numbers. Create an account, connect, and you'll hear about pricing well before anything is charged. No card required.
Your next settlement can be the first one you fully understand.
