Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

Maya Seller Engine ("the Service") is a software product operated by Samzhe International Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service helps Amazon sellers and vendors reconcile payments, settlements, returns, reimbursements and related financial data. It connects to Amazon accounts you authorise through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API). The Service currently performs read-only operations on connected Amazon accounts: it retrieves reports and data you authorise, and does not create, modify or delete anything in your Amazon account.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for ensuring you are authorised to connect any Amazon account you link to the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or Amazon's own terms.

4. Your data

Data retrieved from your connected Amazon accounts remains yours. We store it to provide the Service to you, scoped to your account. Amazon refresh tokens are stored encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

5. Fees

Online subscription billing is not yet live ("Billing rolling out"). Published plan pricing is indicative. We will notify you before any charges apply to your account, and no payment will be collected without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.

6. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features marked as rolling out are on our roadmap and may change. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Limitation of liability

Reconciliation output is informational and depends on data provided by Amazon's APIs; it is not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, while billing is not live, is nil).

8. Third-party trademarks

Amazon, Seller Central and Vendor Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Maya Seller Engine is an independent product and is not endorsed by Amazon.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
