1. Billing status
Online subscription billing for Maya Seller Engine is not yet live — it is currently rolling out ("Billing rolling out"). The plan prices shown on our website are indicative of intended pricing. At present, no money is collected through the Service, and therefore there is currently nothing to refund.
2. Before billing goes live
Before any paid billing is enabled, we will publish a complete refund and cancellation policy on this page, including the applicable refund conditions and how to cancel a subscription. No customer will be charged without clear, prior communication of the price and these terms.
3. Cancelling your account today
You can stop using the Service at any time. You may disconnect any connected Amazon account from within the app, and you may request deletion of your account and data by emailing us. Since no charges apply today, cancellation carries no cost.
