1. Who we are

Maya Seller Engine is operated by Samzhe International Private Limited, New Delhi, India. This policy describes what data the Service handles and how.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you register.
• Amazon SP-API data — when you connect a Seller or Vendor account, we retrieve reports and financial data you authorise (settlements, orders, returns, reimbursements and similar) through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. The Service performs read-only operations on connected Amazon accounts — it never creates, modifies or deletes anything in your Amazon account.
• Credentials — the Amazon refresh token issued when you authorise a connection is stored encrypted at rest. We never see or store your Amazon password.

3. How we use data

We use your data solely to provide the Service: reconciling payments, generating reports, and supporting your account. Every row of business data is scoped to your tenant account; other customers cannot access it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the Service (such as hosting), with Amazon as part of the API connection you authorised, or where required by law. We comply with Amazon's Data Protection Policy for Selling Partner API developers.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may disconnect an Amazon account at any time, which stops further data retrieval. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us and we will act on the request within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption of Amazon credentials at rest, hashed passwords, TLS in transit, and tenant-scoped access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protection of seller financial data seriously.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies necessary for login sessions and security (such as CSRF protection). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it applies.
